Return Instructions
All orders from Nkoet qualify for free standard shipping.
We typically pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. If an order is submitted after 12:00 PM (noon), processing will be deferred to the next business day. Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–14 days for delivery. During holidays or peak seasons (such as Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the outer packaging immediately to ensure it is intact. If you discover that the package is damaged, you may sign for it (provided circumstances allow) and contact us at your earliest convenience at: trynex@nkoet.com. Please provide the following information to help us expedite the resolution process:

Return Policy
You have a 30-day window to return items, calculated from the date you receive your merchandise. If the return period expires on a public holiday, weekend, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Day, the deadline will be extended to the next business day. Please note that refusing to accept a package is not considered a valid return.
