Is there a delivery fee?

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly online; you will need to follow our standard return procedure instead.
Can I return items after receiving them?
If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. In your email, please provide the following information: Order Number, Recipient Name, Contact Phone Number, Reason for Return/Exchange, Product Name and Quantity, and Clear Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
We will respond to your email within 72 hours and provide the return shipping address along with further instructions.
You are required to ship the item back in accordance with the provided instructions (return shipping costs for non-quality-related issues are typically borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified on a specific policy page).
Once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.
