You may open the items to inspect them; however, missing or damaged packaging may affect the refund amount, and we reserve the right to deduct appropriate fees based on the condition of the returned items.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs (if applicable). If you return only a portion of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, if you selected a shipping method that cost more than our standard delivery option, the extra shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Claims for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged (including manufacturing defects), please contact us to file a claim within 30 days of receipt. Warranty claims submitted after this 30-day period cannot be accepted.
